Free Shipping on Orders Over $80
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 to the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, after discounts and promo codes are applied. For orders under $80 or other international destinations, shipping rates will apply and are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, standard delivery times are as follows:

  • U.S.: 5-10 business days
  • Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Europe & Asia: 7-14 business days
    Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times may vary based on the destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Use the provided tracking link to check your order’s status.

Return Policy

At Chic Charm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • All packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Final Sale Items: The following items are a final sale and are not eligible for return:
    • Sale items
    • Jewelry care and accessories (e.g., earring patches, earring backings)
    • All non-jewelry items (e.g., jewelry cases, pins)
    • Promotional discounts may also be considered final sale. Please see promotional fine print before purchasing.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email info@chiccharmstudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where items are damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@chiccharmstudio.com. Provide your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll ensure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible.
